Brush Seals for Loading Dock Levelers

Below is a selection of brush seal assemblies for loading dock levelers. The brushes mount to the leveler pit walls and seal the leveler platform. Brush seals cut down on drafts, energy loss, insect and rodent infestation, and help to keep debris out of the leveler pit.

Brushes assemblies are available in standard duty or heavy duty. The Standard Duty seal kits are available in “T” and “L” profiles and the Heavy Duty seal kits are “L” profile. See illustration, below.

Both Standard and Heavy Duty styles include the strip brush seal, aluminum holder, and weld-on steel channel. The weld-on steel channel does not need to be used for installation if you prefer to fasten the aluminum holder to the leveler pit walls using screws (not provided) or other means.
